JKL’s Return Policy
JKL allows for return of items within 30 days of purchase under the specified conditions:
- Orders less than $50.00 cannot be returned.
- A 35% re-stocking fee applies to returned orders.
- Parts must be unused and in original packaging.
- We reserve the right to refuse credit for any returns received that are found to have been installed, are not in the original packaging or are damaged in any way.
- An RMA return merchandise authorization number must be obtained from JKL to initiate a return

Please provide :
- Order Number
- Part number
- Quantity
- Reason for return
- Your name/company name (or the name in which the parts were ordered).
Please specify if you wish to exchange or receive a refund.
Please do not return the parts to JKL until an RMA number has been issued.
JKL does not cover the shipping cost.
Within 7 days of receipt of the parts at the JKL Warehouse, a refund, credit or exchange will be applied only for items that are unused and in the original packaging.
